So I just went "live" on the 5th of October after years of ripping out my hair dealing with talk talk. The power and wireless lights are on. On the website it says it cannot display information as the router and engineer isn't here. I've tried all troubleshooting and I cant afford to spend 30 minutes on the phone, can anyone help me before I lose my mind?

To be honest if there is no green middle light on the front of hub router and you have tried pressing in the reset button on the back of the router for about 10 seconds, then you really need to phone the broadband team (personally i wouldn't bother with live chat for telephone or broadband related issues).
You will find the nowtv broadband team telephone number under My Account > Orders & Appointments on here and click on the drop down arrow below broadband and telephone live date to reveal the number on screen.
