I have no internet connection since this morning. I reset everything and checked all the cable and plugs but no problem with them. There is normally 3 green light on the tub but I have only 2 and middle one which is for internet not working. I need urgent help please.

You would need to phone the nowtv broadband team if you have no Internet.
Go to My Account on here and on the drop down menu select Orders & Appointments and then click the drop down arrow below broadband and telephone live date to reveal the telephone contact number to call.
