No internet

No internet - light is Amber despite many restart attempts. In Devon area - wondering how long it will be to fix as I work from home. If only 30 mins I will stay home but need to know so I can find elsewhere to work.

Hi @Tamsin

NOW have tweeted that they are aware of an outage in the Devon area and Engineer's are on site.

It would be difficult to put a time frame on it how long it would take to fix.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
