No internet message. Is there an issue in North Yorkshire?

Mine was down in Harrogate HG1 4** for about an hour(ish).  After 1 false start, it would appear to be back now.

I hope it stays up!

Just to help those who are suffering outages still, if your mobile can be swiftly setup as a mobile hotspot, then that might give you some connectivity back to the internet.

internet is down again.

but once I rang the 0800 number they told me they already knew there was an outage in my area.

so we'll just sit tight.

In total, downtime arising from this incident (and the two previous incidents earlier that day from 12:42 onwards) amounted to 9 hours 1 minute & 50 seconds (thanks to SamKnows WhiteBox for the stats) & normal service resumed at 06:25 on Sunday morning. A polite complaint was rewarded with £10 credit against next month’s bill.
