No internet light

I’m new to now broadband. My connection went live yesterday. I’ve set up my hub and it won’t work. The internet light won’t come on. Keep trying to do checks online it keeps saying call support. I work 6.30am till 8 pm so lines are shut when I’m home. Any advice please

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
