Came in last night to no internet. Thought it might be a temporary thing but 24 hours on and it's still down. The line is fine (apparently) and I've unplugged and replugged everthing, changed the microfilter, reset it several times and it still doesn't work.
I've tried live chat but they continue to give the same advice or time out, and there's currently a 20 min wait to speak to someone on the phone which I can't do at this moment. So was just wondering if anyone else has had or has the same issue and whether or not it sorted itself out

i have not had internet for a few days now and noone is able to tell me whats going on.
the chat is useless and cant get through to anyone on the phone.

Ring the cancellation team (You get through quickly) and tell them you're cancelling because of the loss of service and being unable to speak to someone that can help.
That's what I did and I was quickly put through to someone on the technical team who arranged an engineer to come out.
