No point, there’s a live incident in progress INC2143418 since 16:42
No lease renewal happening. It went down at 12:42, returned about 40 mins later then went down again at 13:53 then returned about 15:00, then went down at 16:42 and has stayed down. Did call in earlier for an ETA on fix, but recorded message says they know of outages (plural) and apologise etc etc.
Most likely an issue at exchange or somewhere beyond! Probably now waiting for onsite engineer to attend (somewhere) following a couple of iffy tries to remotely restore service.
