Today is my activation day (switching from Plusnet). The internet was turned of just after midnight, and as of now, over 22hrs later, I still have no internet. My wife has had to tether from her phone all day, as she is currently working from home. I also have 2 very unhappy kids! I have been told that it can take up to Midnight to activate. This has been by far the worse switchover I have experienced. The last 3 or 4 times I have changed ISP's have been pretty seemless. Not a very good start! Hope this is not a sign of things to come!! 😡😡😡

Give the broadband team a call. But you need to be aware that full activation can take until midnight.

Apparently there is a fault on my line, and a engineer will have to come out! This is the same line that I have not had a problem with for the last 20 odd years with BT, Plusnet and Sky! It will take up to 72 hrs for an engineer, and should be fixed by next Monday! Meanwhile we have no internet, and my wife is working from home! Not a happy camper atm 😡
