No internet connection

Since two days ago, we do not have internet connection most of the day. 

Our connection has always been poor since the starting, in August 2020, slow and coming and going all sometimes. We could cope with it because we are not gamers and we do not need high speed.

But since 2 days ago there is no connection the most of the day, which means our children at risk of missing the school year, not able to carry on the homeschooling. Yesterday they missed their class and were unable to upload homework. 

We cannot wait or negotiate. This is not about watching Netflix of for gaming, is about the children school year. We need our contract cancelled NOW and our land line free to let another company to come and do what you promised to do in the contract, but you aren't actually doing.

Have you called the broadband team to see if the issue could be resolved instead of cancelling?
