Hello,
I recently moved home and in my new apartment that I moved an engineer had to come to fix the line. He came today but I am still not getting any internet but I have the wireless led green (no internet led) could you please let me know how can I activate my internet?
I tried resetting the hub and turning off and on and disconnecting the DSL but nothing works. Please help!!!

Is your activation date today?
If so it can take up until midnight when your broadband will become active.

Don’t touch or unplug your router as this could have an effect on the connection. You’ll need to leave it be for the first 10 days for the line to settle down.

Thank you for your response.
I am unsure when the activation day is actually, is there anyways that you could check that? When I go on my account to check it it says "nothing to see here". I will leave it plugged in and see if I will ever get WiFi I guess. If it is still not active how can I contact Now TV to get it activated asap? Ive already been 15 days without WiFi and I am still being charged for it.

Give the broadband team a call. Not sure if the centre is still open, if not you’ll be able to call from 8am tomorrow.
