I'm in Woodham, KT15, spoke to NowTV who said it could be a while before it's fixed. Wifi in Costa might be the best option today.

Hi. Just got off the phone with NOW and thought I'd update although I can't shed much more light on the issue. It seems the problem is due to damage done to copper cabling, likely from roadworks over night or early hours this morning. The rep I spoke with said a report had been created by OpenReach at 9.00am and it looks as if they are on site now trying to fix it. It's likely that we won't hear anymore until the issue is fixed as OpenReach are notoriously bad at updating reports with progress. A small positive it seems is copper cabling is generally an easier fix than a server going down which can take at least a day to fix, if not up to 3 days. Going to rock back and forth in my chair with a tin foil hat on praying to the broadband gods. Suggest you all do the same. 🙂

No problem! Agreed, as painful as it is. Our lives are dictated by watching a little orange light turn green. 🙂 Been trying to tether data from my mobile through my computer but opening any documents, PDF, Word or Powerpoint is giving me anger issues!
