Hi, I've just got back from the school run and we have no internet access either (were in byfleet near tesco brooklands) I've tried rebooting the router twice and nothing is working. Times like this I wish NOWTV had a phone number so we could speak to someone.

I've just looked into into this further on here and it says that in byfleet and surrounding areas, there is a technical issue and they are trying to fix the problem as quick as they can! They said they will update as soon as it is solved! The message was put up at 7.30am this morning. I hope it doesn't take too long for them to fix the issue out.. it is purely just the broadband and phone lines that isn't working, the tv is all good but of course we can't watch now tv unless we have an internet connection! Lol hopefully won't take all day to fix!

Aww bless you, I know it's awful.. all of sky is down. Apparently they are waiting for the BT exchange to find where the problem is.. I heard last time this happened the internet was down all day!! Not fun!..You may need a few cuppa's today lol.

@Anonymous User I’m on me 4th cuppa already ☕️ My whole tv is run on internet 🤦 what else can we do especially with lockdown restrictions

Add a few biscuits into the mix! Haha..I'm the same..i only watch the channels through the internet.. I might go for a nice long walk. Hopefully by the time i get home we will have some good news! Could do without this today. My car just broke down on me over the weekend 😞

Afraid not.. still waiting.. apparently sky has spoken to BT exchange (they deal with all the bigger issues or something) and they need to source the problem. They said it could take a few hours to be up and running again but the last time this issue happened, internet was down for the whole day! Not feeling very optimistic lol
