My landline has been without a dial tone for the last 2 weeks. I have tried a new phone, I have checked the set up. My internet/broadband works fine. The land line has worked fine until 2 weeks ago. Please can someone advise me what I need to do now

No problem bud, it is very well hidden indeed. Wished that all broadband customers had direct access to the number within their account.
Something that should be available when all checks are done and assistance is still needed.
