Hello,
I have had this contract since September 20 and never needed to use the phone. I have tried for the last few months to get it working as I now need it for my new job. However there is no dial tone. The phone works perfectly as we have tried it at another location.
The live chat is never available I do check regularly and I'm not sure I can afford the phone call to nowtv at 6 pound to connect plus fee's. Please can someone help me resolve this issue.

The broadband and calls is an 0800 number, meaning it’s free for mobiles and counts towards your minutes as part of your monthly plan.

The 6 pound thing is a scam, there is no help there, in fact there is nobody there, and they will just keep you hanging on for as long as they can to suck money out of you.
And they are in no way connected with NowTV, except insofar as the scammers are exploiting NowTV’s lack of a customer helpline for its streaming services.
And seem to have a rather better idea than NowTV of how much customers might value this 😛
