Hi there,
I have brought Now Broadband and phone which was supposed to go live on 11 September. The internet was set up eventually a few days later but the phone however still does not receive a dialtone so I am unable to make or receive calls. My phone line worked perfectly before I switched and was wondering if I need an engineer. Can you help?

Your best option would to contact either live chat or drop them a message about your phone line.

Or alternatively give the nowtv broadband team a call if you have access to a mobile phone.
You will find the nowtv broadband team helpline telephone number by selecting My Account on here and from the drop down menu select Orders & Appointments and under Broadband and Telephone Activation Live Date, click on the drop down arrow to reveal the telephone number to call.

No live chat option
i have no dial tone but when I try to call the number it rings but my phone doesn’t I no it’s not my phone as it’s all working
