No connection in TN13

We have been without connection for 2 days in TN13 router displays two green lights 1 orange for internet.

Have you called the broadband team? As nothing gets resolved relating to broadband connections on the forum I’m afraid.

See link for the number. You will need to wait till tomorrow after 8am as the lines are closed.
