No broadband

No broadband working in my area due to storm damage. How can I get an update on when this will be fixed? And surely I shouldn’t have to pay a full bill when I haven’t had any internet?

Call the broadband team using the number from my signature below. Ask for an update and what's happening about compensation. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

This number took me to sky and they said they couldn’t help me. NOW tv just seems to send me round in circles and never gives an actual response.
