My broadband was suppose to be up and running on the 7th any time up until midnight unfortunately that didn't happen as I have an amber smiling face. on eventually getting through to the call centre I was told an engineer would be out on Monday 10th ...he didn't show so I had to sit on the phone for at least another 40 min to be told oh that didn't get booked we will send one out today Tuesday 11th . Engineer turned up was excellent set up new master socket but still no joy ....I cannot spend another hour of my time sitting on the phone to a badly run help centre does anybody here have any answers please
