Help I’ve got no internet!!
Tried a hard reset and still no internet!!
what can I do ?

If you have done a hard reset and checked the wiring from the Hub router and there is no internet light showing on the router.
Then i would suggest you phone the NowTV Broadband Team, where they will test your telephone line and arrange for a BT Openreach Engineer if necessary.
You will find their number by going to My Account (person symbol if using a mobile) then select Orders & Appointments and click on the drop down arrow below live date to see the telephone number to call.
