You say no technical support, it won’t be by staff on this forum. Have you tried to call the broadband team?

Have you done a line check and also a factory reset to the router? Both which are demonstrated in the below link.
Yes done all that.
It turns out it is a problem at their end.
The support lines were closed when this took place (00:30}.
The call centre only operates between 8am and 8pm.
It is back.
