No broadband no service in KT12

Lost all broadband 30 minutes ago. No help, no technical support. 
Check identify an error but offer no solution.
This happens every month.

You say no technical support, it won’t be by staff on this forum. Have you tried to call the broadband team?

Have you done a line check and also a factory reset to the router? Both which are demonstrated in the below link.

Yes done all that.
It turns out it is a problem at their end.
The support lines were closed when this took place (00:30}.

The call centre only operates between 8am and 8pm.
