I have the now tv broadband, landline and tv package with them. Last Thu everything stopped working....no broadband, no dial tone and obviously no TV. I called cust service and they said Openreach engineer will come 3-5 days. What they don't tell you it's 3 to 5 working days....n cone the 5th working day.....NOTHING DONE. So NOW TV officially has the worst customer service ever. Even when you call on the 5th working day, they tell you that the day is not over and as if the engineer will pop late at night to fix the issue. Yeah and next it'll be Father Christmas coming all the way down from North Pole to fix the problem. When I said it needs fixing by end of 5th working day as per their promise or else I want full refund of my payments plus compensation (coz i blew off my monthly mobile data in 1 week as no broadband)....they hang up on me. AVOID AT ALL COST.
