No broadband in Sheffield S5

No broadband in Sheffield S5 since the very early hours of this morning.

spoke to customer service who is blaming open reach and basically didn’t have a clue from what I could understand from her.

all I heard was it’s open reaches problem not ours, 72 hours and no refund 

crap customer service

I've had the same problem. I'm in S6. Couldn't even get through to customer service.

For those who speak with staff on customer service talking rubbish about no compensation.
