No broadband again!!!!!!!!!@

Once again, no broadband, why you can't get  this right is beyond me, can you please sort it, or no more payments

Same totally gone off currently on the phone waiting to speak to some one about it. Might be a area fault as my brother has just text to say his is off too!

Same here just gone. Very annoying and needs to be on quick time everything runs on internet. I work from home too so this needs sorting

I've already spoke to someone on the techinal team when I called them, it's an area fault and they are currently working on fixing the problem.

Same here !! This is our way to watch tv as have a smart tv. Ridiculous
