No broadband! Not connected when advised! No help

I extremely ANGRY and FRUSTRATED that I moved from a perfect working provider with reasonable customer service to one where what is agreed isn’t delivered and the customer service is THE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! broadband not connected when they said it would be which seems to be a common problem with NOWTV and when I’ve called 3 times all they tell you is you are passed to the elusive tier 2 team! You can’t talk to anyone or get the problem fixed! 72 hours at least before anyone contacts me and doesn’t look like I should hope for a result by then either!!!! This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced! EVER
