No broadband 3 days

I’ve had no internet connection for 3 days, was told on Thursday there’s an outage and it’ll be fixed within 24 hrs but still nothing

Hate to say posting on here hoping for an update from staff is in vain. That’s not how the forum works, it’s mainly customer to customer used. 

You need to call the broadband team for ANY issues relating to your connection. See below link for the number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
