My broadband is supposed to go live yesterday. But as the activation date passed, it still didn't work. When I took technical checks, there showed different messages each time I tried:
1) You're waiting for an order or booking; or,
2) We can't detect your Hub; or,
3) Sorry, we can't fix your issue online, Call us on 0800 759 1177
I call the custmor service, but was told to wait for 72 hours to get it checked by an engineer.
I'm wondering if it would take such a long time to fix this problem? It has already took at least 10 days for delivery and other preparations. And I now can't even open the Orders & appointments page. It just disappears. It's really excruciating to study and work without internet connection.
Could anyone help to speed up the process?

An openreach engineer came to check the line this morning. My broadband goes live now.

I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE, I PURCHASED now tv ON 3RD OF MARCH, I'M STILL WAITING FOR ACTIVATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED.
