There is no Internet this morning. The second light (Internet) shown on the broad is amber while other two (power , wireless) are green. All the plugs are plugged in the right place and the Internet was great before. Don’t know why it suddenly went wrong and couldn’t use the Internet today. Could you please help me solve this problem, thanks so much!

The support team shouldn’t be asking for a “photo”.
Keep calling and insisting for an update. To keep things simple, you’ll never get one on the forum.
