No Internet connection

My broadband connection went off about an hour ago and the orange light came on my router iv tried the troubleshooting tips but nothings working it changed back to green before but was still saying no Internet connection  when logging onto WiFi so I restarted hub again and now it's back to orange again

Also in the link use the steps to do a factory reset to the router.

If that all fails call the broadband team after 8am this morning to get it sorted.

Are you in Newcastle? There has been a big outage there.

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Yes im ne15 area it is still off, spoke to someone about an hour ago they said i need a engineer out but will be tomorow now 🙄 soo looks like another day with no wifi and a day of moaning from the kids 🤣

Yeah mines back to orange been like this since 6 oclock tried everything 🙄🤣
