No Internet connection

My broadband connection went off about an hour ago and the orange light came on my router iv tried the troubleshooting tips but nothings working it changed back to green before but was still saying no Internet connection  when logging onto WiFi so I restarted hub again and now it's back to orange again

Use this link to check the status of your line.

Also in the link use the steps to do a factory reset to the router.

If that all fails call the broadband team after 8am this morning to get it sorted.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
