My activation date was 31st aug and I still can’t get the internet working.
i have plugged everything in but my internet line is not coming on on the router.
i have checked everything using the instruction that come up on the laptop but still not working

Have you called the team using the broadband phone number you should have been given? They should be able to see what has gone wrong or if an engineer needs to come out.
Be aware though, they have extremely high calls lately.
