No Internet - Orange Smiley Face

Hi,

 

I have no access to the internet through my now TV Broadband. The smiley face internet icon is showing orange - it’s normally white.

 

I’ve tried following the on-line instructions to check the cables and phone point. I’ve reset it but still nothing. I can’t find any more information on the help pages. I can’t speak to someone on live chat and I cannot find a contact number anywhere! 

Please help!

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Go to My Account > Broadband & Calls whilst logged in on here with your NowTV Broadband sign in details, where under the Moving Home section keep clicking on it until a telephone number appears on your screen.

 

The Moving Home telephone number should be the same number for all general NowTV Broadband enquiries.

 

Also, i am guessing you tried holding in the small reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 seconds to see if it kicks your internet back into life ?
