No Dial Tone following Switch from Plusnet to NOWTV

Hi,

 

My switch completed yesterday and my NOWTV Broadband is working fine, however I have no dial tone on my landline.

 

I have tried the test socket on the troubleshooter, but unfortunately it still is not working.

 

Please can someone help.

I was able to speak to someone yesterday and they said it's an external issue which has occurred on the same day of my switch. Apparently it will be fixed in 3-5 days.
