Just setting up my new now broadband it’s on and off connecting too phone and small devices when we typing password on gaming console saying incorrect password.

Firstly are the three green lights on the front of the NOW Hub 2 Router constantly illuminated ?
When entering the WiFi password on your Games Console did you double check the password used for any typing errors ?

If it was me i would split the 2.4ghz & 5ghz on the NOW Hub Router webpage settings and try again.
Should there be problems with WiFi dropping on your mobile devices and the three green lights are constantly showing, then maybe try disabling IPV 6 setting (either on your mobile devices or NOW Hub 2 Router).
If you get stuck, hold in the reset button on the back of the NOW Router for about 15 seconds and start all over again.

i will check that link now thank you. I have only two lights my middle internet light will not come on I have just reset it as I wanted too wait over a hour as it is new but still having issue.
learnt too always show password when possible with internet passwords 😂.

If the middle light on the front of the Router is not yet green, then the internet is not ready.
Is today your live activation date ?
If so, it can take up until midnight tonight to go live.
You will have to wait a little longer before setting up your devices.
Any problems after your live date, then phone the NOW Broadband Team using the telephone number on this link page below.
Their telephone line is open between 8am to 8pm.

Try this:
Connect via ethernet ( not wifi) and go to http://192.168. 0.1
from there you can get to the routers config pages
Tip - instead of changing loads of devices to the new routers wifi settings, change the new router to match the SSID and password of the old router , this way you only need to change one device ( the router) instead of loads of other devices ( you will probably have more than you think)
