New customer problems - hub two

Went live today with broadband with still no internet connection...have been told I need an engineer who is booked for Monday but now the 'internet' light on my hub two box has started occasionally flashing orange...any ideas?

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. The flashing orange light is just the hub notifying it's not detecting a connection to the Internet. If NOW TV have booked an engineer visit to you then it sounds like they've detected a line issue either at your end or the roadside cabinet/exchange rather than something wrong with the hub, so I would imagine you'd need to wait for that to be resolved before the hub will connect properly.
