New broadband providers

I have recently change broadband provider, and now cannot get my now tv to work 

Any help appreciate

Hi @Anonymous User 

What playback devices have you tried ?

Have you tried over wifi and Ethernet if possible ?

I am assuming you have changed the Network settings on your NOW playback device to match your new Router ?

Who is your ISP ?

If you are using a NOW or Roku and its over wifi, check in your new Router Settings that the wifi channels are between 1 to 13 on 2.4ghz or 36 to 48 on 5ghz.

Might have read your post wrong.

Have you just switched to NOW Broadband and you can't get the internet running on your devices ?

If so can you provide more information such has does all three green lights show up and running on the front of the NOW Router.
