I signed up for Superfast BB plus a TV entertainment package.
TV package is set up, but I just checked the broadband activation only to find it's been cancelled!
Why do this? I haven't cancelled it, and NOW haven't officially informed me.
Anyone else had such problems?

Your area could be in a stop sell for FTTC which is what NOW only offer just now.
