New broadband cancelled ...Why?

I signed up for Superfast BB plus a TV entertainment package.
TV package is set up, but I just checked the broadband activation only to find it's been cancelled!
Why do this? I haven't cancelled it, and NOW haven't officially informed me.
Anyone else had such problems?

Your area could be in a stop sell for FTTC which is what NOW only offer just now.

Call the broadband team to find out. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down for the number.
