New account using an existing router

Hi there,

I have just moved into a new apartment. The apartment has an existing Now TV router that I wish to use.  I am not an existing now TV customer.

Is there a way to set up my new account and not receive a new router? I wish to use the one that I already have.

Hi @Anonymous

You can use the existing NOW Router if you wish when your NOW Broadband goes live, but my understanding NOW will automatically send you a new NOW Router when you sign up to their Broadband service for the first time.

You could drop them an email using the email address on the screen shot photo below, just in case I am wrong and it is possible.
