New Customer - Still No Broadband!

Our broadband was supposed to go live last Thurs, didn’t happen. Lights on box are green-amber-green. Called tech support Fri morning who “escalated to Tier 2” for resolution within 72hrs and said we’d receive regular updates. Nothing, so called again this morning and now told it’s an Open Reach problem (feels like that’s OUR problem) and soonest we’ll know anything is Tuesday. Simply not good enough. Open Reach need to be out now! Can someone with the authority to make that happen please contact me. Otherwise might as well revert straight back to BT who keep calling asking for our valuable custom back.
