New Broadband Slow

Hi

 

Just had Nowtv put in. Having left BT.  I've noticed the speed a little slow. 

 

I'm Signed up to Super fibre (estimated speed 50.6-69.6) - ( guaranteed minimum 45.0)

 

I've tested the speed on multiple websites with the ethernet cable in and over wifi and I'm only getting speeds of around 11.5

 

On the nowtv website the speed test says I am getting 55.5 and everything is fine.

 

What's going on?

 

Also the range of the Hub is terrible. Wont go through one wall into the kitchen. Haven't had this problem with either Bt or Sky before.
