New Broadband Account

Just signed up for Now TV Broadband -should have been £24 a month and a £5 activation fee .But...it wouldn't let me proceed without clicking on an "entertainment pass"...I think my Broadband is going ahead but they already charged me £6.99 for an entertainment pass I cannot use and never asked for...is this correct??

I haven't used the NowTV Broadband online order service in about 3 years, but from memory there should have been an option to take up the additional NowTV TV pass or just order Broadband & Telephone only.

 

Maybe contact NowTV using either the telephone number or drop them a message using the web form (both shown on the link below) on why you can't order just Broadband & Phone service only.
