Never had a go live date

Ordered super fibre on 22nd of may immediately after cancelling sky broadband. My internet disconnection date was 6th of June and NOW fibre activation date was coincidentally the same day. I assume this is because sky owns nowtv. However, I have no email or order details confirming my live date as the 6th of June. Looking at orders it has always said "sorry we don't have your go live date yet." The kit status hasn't changed from "getting it ready." Is my situation normal for everybody or is it just me stuck in limbo?
