You won't get any form of staff giving updates on here in relation to broadband. It has never happened in my time of using the forum.
Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

This the second time in the past few weeks that we have lost our broadband, I actually managed to speak to Openreach who said they do provide updates to Now TV. But I could not get Now TV to tell me what they were

Even though your connection is maintained by OpenReach, NOW are your middleman and all forms of commutation must be through them. So best to get in touch and complain about lack of updates.
