I have Now broadband at 63mbps, Netflix does not want to work through any device (Smart TV, Firestick, Mobile or PC) all other services work.
I have tried the usual, resetting my router, disconnecting router and device multiple times but it still will not work for the life of me. I sometimes run a VPN and I know it's the ISP as Netflix works through this route - but I loose some content this way.
Please can anyone help me here?
Thanks in advance

Hi @Anonymous User
What happens if you use the Google Public DNS server on your playback devices.
On my Smart TV using Netflix with my NOW Broadband I use Google DNS server on my TV and have disabled IPV 6 on my NOW Hub 2 Router.
You could also try a different setting on your Broadband Buddy, but this usually blocks websites or the use of Apps but shouldn't affect your internet speeds.
Also have you tested Netflix over Ethernet if for example your Smart TV supports LAN.

Hi again,
I'm now also using Google DNS servers but the problem remains the same sadly!

Hi @Anonymous User
I don't know if this linked thread below helps in anyway or not.
Are you seeing an error message or error code when attempting to watch Netflix through the NOW Router ?

That error code means no internet connectivity. What device(s) are you running Netflix on?
How are you running the VPN? On the device(s) or the router?
Can all other devices(including the one running Netflix) use the internet O.K when the VPN is not running?

Would you not be better installing the VPN on your devices rather than setting it up on the router itself?
Assuming that’s how you have set it up.
Not a broadband customer with NOW, but I do have a VPN however and it’s just installed locally on the devices I use for when I use it.
