As you have no phone number and your chat lines have been down all day, I need a phone line re-installed after some building work.
Could someone please contact me to arrange this.

If you are an existing nowtv broadband & telephone customer then there is a telephone helpline number that you can contact.
Go to My Account > Orders & Appointments on here and click on the drop down arrow below live date or if there is nothing showing there go to Broadband & Calls and for example under moving home keep clicking the section until a telephone number appears on your screen.
