Why do you need it? 
What department are you trying to call?

If it’s for TV then you won’t get very far from the number provided by @redchiz1 they will simply redirect you to live chat.

Yeah, I can't see any improvements myself, it would have been nice if the admin could at least have given us a heads up, the lack of "company" input here is frightening. Leaving us dedicated regulars to stumble on as best we can. 😕
