NOWTV Internet Speeds are terrible 😢

For the past couple of days the download speeds have been awfully low aswell as the internet cutting out multiple times a day this makes watching on streaming services or trying to play game’s incredibly frustrating and I feel my money is being wasted 😤

Other than than that, give the support team a call on 0330 332 3050 between 8:00am and 8:00pm.

Is this over Ethernet or Wifi? 

Use the helpful information from @redchiz1 to try and troubleshoot before calling the team.

Hi, mostly WiFi but have tried Ethernet today and still runs the same!
