NOW TV ... TWO FAILED ENGINEER VISITS AND STILL WAITING

NOW TV ... TWO FAILED ENGINEER VISITS AND STILL WAITING

Was meant to go live on Sept 29th... open reach engineer didn't show up. 

Rebooked for October 2nd and took a second day off work. 

Just got an email from Now TV saying there's an issue and they have rebooked for next week. 

I just spoke to open reach who have told me Now TV didn't make an appointment for today.

Try to call and complain and get told to plug in the router ... it doesn't work... that why we had a second booking.

Is this a joke? Possibly the worst broadband provider in London? 

Who is going to resolve this?

Did you ever get a response with this?
I am currently 7 weeks in with Now, still no internet, phone or TV.
It would appear that the problem lies with Openreach, but as they won't communicate with the public, I'm totally reliant on Now to get it sorted.

I'm 37 days in. Openreach have made a complete hash of it all and now insisting the only way to fix is to cancel order and set up a new one... that gives them even more time.... to not fix it !
