Just a point. I have been with this company for about 12 months now, but increasingly on starting up my PC ( its linked by cable, not wireless ) it fails to recognize my internet ( ie, says no internet available ). I frequently have to switch off and eventually I will get the link. Recently the internet has been going off for no apparent reason after my PC has been working for an hour or so. I have no router or cable problems and my PC is working fine...What is the issue here. I have never had this problem with my previous provider, only since sing NOW TV Broadband. To try and contact anybody is almost impossible, and it will not allow me to f do diagnostic checks as it says it unavailable !!...Seriously thinking of changing provider
