NOW TV Broadband Kit Delivery

I was wondering when I will receive my NOW Broadband Hub? I ordered broadband 2 weeks ago and still have not received it yet.

 

My account says it’s getting the kit ready since I have ordered, is this normal? 

 

My installation date is not until 30th August, will it be sent a few days before the install date?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Normally NowTV will despatch their Hub Router to you 5 working days before your live activation date.

 

If there is no update by then in the Orders & Appointments section of your account then give them a call to chase them up.

Thanks, I’ll give them a call next Monday to chase it up if there’s no movement by then.
