For several weeks my NOW Hub Two worked just fine.
Connected on Superfast Fibre.
Last week it stopped connecting to the internet (wifi to router still fine)
Just says 'disconnected from broadband'
Testing the line says 'can not detect hub' ring us - book an engineer.
We are out working all day so how are we meant to be home for an engineer?
Can't work from home any more because NowTV has failed us!
Also when I try ringing our number from outside it rings as engaged?
Why is the line engaged when we are not home and nothing connected?
Is it worth trying a full factory reset?
Will I need to reconfigure any configuration entries if I do that?

Sounds like a line fault. It should be possible for Now/Openreach to test the line and see where the break is, If it shows as being away from your property there should be no need for them to come to the home.
